Customer agrees that it will NOT use the Services in ways that violate laws (including but not limited to laws prohibiting transmission of unsolicited fax advertisements), infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the users, or services, of the network. Customer agrees and represents that it is purchasing the Services for its own internal use only, and shall not resell, transfer or make a charge for the Services without the advance express written permission of isotoxin. Customer shall not transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. Customers further agree not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation. Any use found to be inconsistent with this restriction will result in termination of the Service. - Content Ownership and Rights
You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service.
By transmitting content, you grant isotoxin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
isotoxin does not claim ownership of user-generated content. - Privacy Policy

The isotoxin messaging application is not intended to support or carry emergency calls to any type of emergency services, such as police, fire departments, or hospitals. You acknowledge and agree that:
isotoxin is not a replacement for your primary telephone service.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to alternative means of contacting emergency services. - Privacy
isotoxin is committed to respecting a Customer’s privacy. Once Customer chooses to provide personally identifiable information, it will only be used in the context of the Customer’s relationship with isotoxin. - Termination
isotoxin reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that isotoxin believes violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or the Service. - Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. isotoxin does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, isotoxin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Service.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party. - Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
